in the afternoon of october 15, yang qifa, commander of guangzhou garrison command, surveyed the armed forces department of liby group. accompanied by chen kaixuan, president of liby group, and xu xiaodong, secretary of the party committee, vice president and head of the armed forces department of liby group, commander yang qifa and this party visited party building exhibition hall, enterprise culture exhibition hall and office of the armed forces department and listened to work reports on standardization of the armed forces department.
commander yang qifa expressed that he learnt a lot and had a deep feeling about the survey, and he highly affirmed the achievements of the armed forces department in system construction, infrastructure construction and team construction. he hoped that the armed forces department could strengthen exploration and research, push armed force work of non-public enterprises to a new level and stay at the forefront.
